Weekend fit!

Weekendul e intotdeauna plin de dezmaturi alimentare, somn si multa leneveala. Ar fi pacat sa muncim toata saptamana la sala, sa avem grija la alimentatie si sa stricam toata munca cu excesele din weekend.

Va propun ceva, un scurt antrenament dimineata (dupa cafea) o sa va puna in miscare si o sa va accelereze arderile pe tot parcursul zilei🙂 E intens insa dureaza doar 8 minute.

Dupa acest mini antrenament promit ca va puteti destrabala in voie!
